✅ No duplicate listings of the same item at different prices.
🚨 Prohibited Seller Activities:
❌ Selling non-transferable or stolen items.
❌ Reclaiming a sold Star Citizen account after transfer.
❌ Providing false or misleading product descriptions.
❌ Using fake reviews or feedback manipulation.
📌 Violating these rules may result in a permanent ban.
3.2 Buying Rules
✅ Buyers must verify their RSI email before completing a purchase.
✅ Buyers must confirm receipt of the item after delivery.
✅ Buyers must not file false disputes or chargebacks.
🚨 Prohibited Buyer Activities:
❌ Claiming non-delivery after receiving an item.
❌ Initiating chargebacks after receiving an item.
❌ Entering an incorrect RSI email and demanding a refund.
📌 Chargeback fraud results in an immediate ban.
4. Star Citizen Account Sales
✅ Sellers must provide full account ownership transfer, including:
- RSI login credentials.
- Security question answers.
- Any linked recovery email (if applicable).
✅ Buyers must change login details immediately upon purchase.
🚨 Once an account is transferred, the sale is final.
📌 If a seller reclaims an account after selling it, they will be banned permanently.
5. Payment, Fees & Payouts
5.1 Payment Processing
✅ Payments are processed securely via PayPal, Stripe, or Bank Transfer.
✅ Sellers receive payouts after a 48-hour verification period.
✅ Buyers are charged at checkout, and funds are held securely.
5.2 Fees & Commission
✅ No listing fees – You only pay when you sell an item.
✅ 9% commission per sale.
✅ Minimum withdrawal: $10.

6. Refunds, Disputes & Buyer Protection
6.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued if:

6.2 Dispute Process

✅ Account-for-account trades are allowed but must include full transfer details.
✅ Trades are final once both parties confirm receipt.

8. Prohibited Activities
🚨 Users engaging in the following will be permanently banned:

❌ Attempting to sell non-RSI digital goods.
❌ Encouraging off-platform deals to bypass fees.
